Still waiting for refund

After placing an online order on 5 Jan and cancelling it the same day, I am still waiting on my refund. I have submitted many support tickets where the response is that it has been submitted to finance for refund. To date (1 month later), I have not received it. I am not sure what else to do to rectify this.
