Shocking service!!!

Toy Kingdom ONLINE is absolutely TERRIBLE. Lack of communication and service is shocking. I ordered a WWE figurine. The sent me the wrong one. The courier company collected the toy and then I just never heard back from them. If I didn't send an email Indon't think I would've heard anything back. It is almost 3 weeks since I ordered the toy and still I haven't received my correct order. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A LOYAL customer!!!
