Shame on you Toy Kingdom

I drove a round trip of almost 160km to ballito store in KZN to purchase an item advertised on website. I received the most apathetic, appalling serrvice, and was told to order the item on-line. This I reluctantly did, only to receive two totally different and unwanted items. I emailed their customer services in order to rectify the situation, and this has fallen on totally deaf ears, with absolutely no response whatsoever. This company does not care for customers, and it appears that they dump their unwanted products on unsuspecting customers. Totally disgusted and will never support this company again.
