Ruined Christmas Morning!!!
Thank you Toy Kingdom for ruining Christmas morning. Because of your over promising and under delivering as well as a complete lack of communication, my children did not receive the Christmas gifts they asked for! Your service is pathetic and I will never again use your online service.

29 Jan 2019, 15:49Hi Nooriah, please accept our apologies for your order being received after Christmas, but unfortunately your order was placed after our cut-off date and although we marked the order as an overnight delivery, our courier company were not able to deliver within 24 hours as they were too busy. We are sorry for the disappointment that we caused your children and hope that you give us a second chance and order online again.
