REFUND WENT WRONG

On the 26th of December myself ,wife ,family and kids had a terrible experience at toykingdom in waterfront. All because of R500 refund I wanted and yet still waiting on feedback,I've emailed,called head office no response. Had to leave without the car I wanted to buy for my son and without my R500.We were treated very badly by the MANAGER TOKO.I tried to show her my bank statement to show that the r500 came from my bank account but instead she said she's not interested in looking
