Poor service and items not delivered

I ordered a few toys for my little one. I was sent a mail to say my items will be delivered on the 6th. ON that day I get and email saying the delivery vehicle has been hijacked and a new order will be sent to me. I have not received said order and when I am enquiring about it, I get told Dawn Wing has confirmed delivery of my order. But no one can tell me when this was done and who signed for it. This is the level of service we get in this country and it seems that people just don't care anymore about good customer service. so aside of the R600 I just lost, you have lost a customer as well, which could have given you much more than that since I have a 2 year old and many more years of toy purchases.
