Poor quality toys and poor quality staff

I will never step foot in your shop again. Bought my daughter a build a bear. With in hours all the sticking at the back was broken and loose. Called today to complain and I was told it's a 'technical problem'. Honestly where did you find your greenstone manager. Not willing to sort the problem out so we will no longer support your stores. At least toys r us is in the same mall.
