Poor online support for incorrect order

I had placed an online order for a Lego Mickey and Friends Castle defenders at R539.90.

But I had received a completely different order Lego Duplo green building plate at R249.90

This was extremely disappointing and upsetting.

I would like to given the correct order asap. Or refunded if this item is not in stock as I do not wish to buy any other item from this store.

There is no way of contacting the online orders telephonically. I had emailed the support team and have not received communication
