ONLINE SHOPPING DISASTER
Online Shopping. This has been a disaster. They money still owe me money back and no one is informing me how I will be able to get this. I have sent an email and two days later no reply. Package received - Some of the items were not in stock but I have already paid for. Wrong item received and Shortage. I feel ****med.

As we explained when we called you, some of the items were not physically available, even though our system showed that we did have the stock. We have removed these lines from our website so that no one else is inconvenienced again. And we have given you a full refund on these items. Once again, apologies for the shortages.
