Not following instructioms

I ordered gifts twice in a row and both times I requested it be gift-wrapped as it's a service they offer with online purchase, the first order boxes were damaged and dusty and the gift wrapping was faded . The second time I ordered they just didn't bother gift wrapping even though I requested it .They give pathetic robotic responses when you complain . I definitely will not be ordering gifts from toy kingdom again .why offer a service if you not willing to carry it out
