No refund on incorrect delivery

Incorrect dolls were delivered. Took too long to get hold of someone. Then the dolls were collected without communication. I requested a refund, its now been weeks since the dolls have been collected and there is NO feedback on the refund. No one is getting back to me, ****poor customer service
