No order, no refund, no response

Placed an order and followed up on the 19th of August as I had not received any communication. I was asked for proof of purchase and provided this. It is the 5th September and I have followed up 4 times, but no response, no toys for my daughter and no refund. Very disappointing….not what I’ve come to expect!!
