No customer service

Firstly I had a horrible experience with ordering online. Payment for my one order went through twice. Another order Was paid for but no order confirmation received. Then when i finally got that sorted out and received my order it was incomplete. I tried to email 3 times already with no feedback on the missing item. None of the nr’s I phone are ever answered. This is now my last step in an attempt to get my money back or the missing item I paid for. Not very reliable when especially now when people order Christmas presents.
