no customer care -- ignored

Service terrible. Have complained, on Helopeter and sent email to customer service but no one replies. Customer care is terrible. When you enter do not get the help, also they do not see to what you require to assist. Wish their service can improve from store to management and customer care. They should not call it customer care as they do not care about their customers.
