Misleading website display and no refund

I placed an order on line for what looked like a set of 6 Paw Patrol characters on 21 October, only to be phoned and told that the price is for 1 character and I had to choose 1 character. No where on the website did it mention this, and it was displayed and portrayed as a set of 6. I requested a full refund and was contacted via email by Mandi from customer services to be told my refund would be done that day. Nothing happened Yesterday 28 October, I emailed Mandi and asked what is happening with my refund, and was told she has queried this and would revert soon. She didn't come back to me. They have since rectified the website to stipulate the price displayed is for 1 character. All I'm asking for is my refund, no more than what I paid. Is this too much to expect?
