Misleading advertising in store

Had a horrible experience with Toy Kingdom having miss leading advertising in store in the 3 for 2 deals. Despite having a brand as part of the promotion nowhere does it state sub sections of the brand is excluded from the promotion. Find the is unacceptable and miss leading.
