Horrible service

This is the worst service I ever received, they put a ad online I bought the item and received my invoice with my purchase and what was bought , now they telling me they made a mistake and cannot honour my invoice which is terrible from such a big company, and I know there are more people having the same issue , I clearly have my order form stating all my items. This is ridiculous
