Headoffice uncontactable need help

I was in a toy kingdom store last week and had seen a batman figurine that i wanted to purchase for my son for his birthday, didnt buy it that day as he was with me, so went into the store this past weekend and they no longer have it available - now i have tried to call headoffice who's number i got from 1 of the stores and cannot get hold of anyone, not even sure if the number is working. Staff are so unhelpful in the store, they dont know when they will get stock and not prepared to call around, so i did my own calling, JHB, durban all the cape town stores, i just need assistiance as to when you will have stock - please assist
