False Adverti*****t & pathetic service!!!

I would actually give 0 star ratings if it was an option! Absolutely the worst service I have encountered! I purchased a Pokémon Pikachu figure online last week Friday already and had problems from the get go back and forth with phoning and emails, regardless I stayed patient and understanding. When it finally arrived it wasn't even the product that I ordered! I have been patient whole week of mishaps but honestly was extremely upset by the outcome as I CLEARLY stated this present was for a little boy for his birthday which is on Saturday, it's Thursday today. I phoned to let them know and they said that the photo on the website was wrong, so now basically because of false adverti*****t and **** service this little boy won't be getting his toy he so badly wanted, how do you explain that to a child! They could not even give me a proper explanation and couldn't help me further. First and certainly last time I would EVER use this companies services! PATHETIC!
