Do not ever buy a toy from Toy Kingdom sandton city

<p>I had the worst service. We bought a ride on quad the beast 6v, on saturday the 03/12/16. After waiting for close to 4 hours, while they tried to assemble the quad we were told that there was a part missing form the box which is used to hold the front wheels of the quad. We were told that they were looking for the part, and we should come and collect on sunday. We collected the quad on sunday around 16:00. On Tuesday the 06/12/16 while my son was riding the quad around the yard the front wheel came off, and we could see that the part used to hold the wheels is not the one shown on the picture, this was done to fool and take advantage of us. I feel disturbed and disgusted by the level of disrespect, *********ness and careless behaviour shown by your store to us as customers. What disturbs me the most is that the safety and feelings of my son were not considered.</p>
