Dishonourable and Useless Company

This company doesn't deserve to operate. Website stated "order before the 16th December to receive in time for Christmas." Due to this promise, I ordered on the 15th, trusting the main gifts for my kids would arrive. Not only did they not arrive (thanks for ruining their Christmas), but it was impossible in the days leading up to Christmas to get hold of the company.

Phone number is not operational or never gets answered and emails to customer service were ignored.

For a company selling kids toys at Christmas, you would expect them to conduct business in an honourable manner.

DO NOT support this company. Still have not received my order, nor any communication about its whereabouts. Shocking.
