Disappointed

On the 9th April 2022 we went to toy kingdom to buy a toy to surprise our kids on his birthday, we bought a stunt car for R599.90, uno cards for R149.90 and a packet (that was supposed to keep the toys safe until we get home) for R3. Please note other stores charge R0.60 max R1 for a packet but we didn't mind paying triple the price if it meant we get the toys home safely but unfortunately we were given a torn packet that made the uno cards fall out before we got home. Since than I have been sending emails to them but they don't bother to reply.
