Delivered wrong dolls, so no presents for my twin girls birthday party...

Just pathetic all round... placed an order online, got the wrong dolls, takes them weeks sort it out, still not sorted. I went to a store to complain and ask my money back and they can't help me, they can't even get through to their own web store. there is no number to contact their customer services, which tells you a lot. communication from their customer service is slow at best.
