Correction of Error in Pricing

<p>I went onto the company website yesterday to look for toys for my son's 8th birthday on Saturday.</p> <p> </p> <p>I found a RC helicopter, priced at R299.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I went to the Cresta branch yesterday afternoon, the same item was priced at R499.</p> <p> </p> <p>I disputed this, and was told that I will then have to order online or pay R499.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager wasn't available.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning, I contacted Super Brands Head Office and spoke to Angelique - she was friendly, helpful and advised that I can go to the Cresta store today, they will honour the R299 price. Angelique stated not to worry, she will arrange with the store and advise them to wait for me to collect and pay for the item at the price advertised on the website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Angelique! You made my day and definately my son's bday!</p>
