Bad service - Toy Kingdom

I bought a Lego set online on December 17th. On December 18th, Toy Kindom contacted me to tell me the item was out of stock. I told the Operator that I wanted a refund. I am still waiting on my refund, and it's already January 6th. Toy Kindom's Head Office does not answer any calls. This was the worst experience I have ever had! I will never buy online from them again.
