Bad Online Store Service

Good day

This is my second online order and it arrived before my first one and it's wrong !!! I am a very unhappy customer due to the level of service and poor communication!!!

As per telephonic conversation with Jody there was no stock of mercat and she then emailed online to send cakey and we got kitty fairy!!!

The E-mails I sent Monday still haven't been responded to nor yesterday's emails!! online was supposed to be seamless but has caused so much hassle even with my order #164567 items are not there yet it shows available online and my refund voucher has still not reflected to do a new order !
