Bad bad service

I bought some toys on 8 for 6 on Black Friday (their 4 for 3 special. On Friday I received an email stating that only 4 of the 8 toys could be delivered as "out of stock across the whole business'. Needless to say - went to 2 stores who have all these items in stock. Now I want obviously purchase the items before Christmas but head office does not answer their phone - have left numerous messages. Also sent emails - still no reply. The store managers (which I understand) cannot make this call only head office can!!
