Good day everyone, Please be extremely cautious when dealing with Gustav Kniep, who advertises bikes and bike parts. We, along with several others, have paid him in full for items that were never delivered. In some cases, items we had already paid for were later sold to other buyers. Communication is consistently avoided — calls go unanswered, and although he sends voice notes promising to respond or call back, he never follows through. Refunds have also been promised but never paid. Based on our experience, this is highly concerning and appears to be dishonest business practice. We strongly advise that no one sends him money or enters into any transactions with him.
