very disappointed

Good day We bought my pal violet pr10809 Online on the 22 Des we made a payment of 449 where it was 499 we paid the difference on the 27des,my problem is we received an email today saying,please take note that the image is wrong and that we only have my pal scout and violet without the heart on the chest in stock, they have a different product key 10809 and prize but if you go online now they have scout with the heart on the chest in stock product code 14662 forR 449,so what happen to my violet that was not the wrong image or price in December,then this is false advertising. I would like my product that I ordered and paid for.my order no with them is 22551
