Defective goods not replaced, no response from customer services

<p>I recently made purchases from Toy Adventures to a value of over R3000. One item, a box of Duplo has a packet of pieces missing. I filled in the relevant form for returns and even resubmitted. There has been absolutely no response. I am extremely disappointed in the service and would like to warn others of the risks of purchasing from this store.</p>
