After giving verbal and written notice of our intention to move to a smaller apartment in the same Complex, Robins Nest. Krugersdorp, we moved To a month to month contract.

After 3 months of waiting on them to assist us in finding another smaller apartment as they promised, we found an apartment ourselves and urgently gave notice.

We were a week late, they decided to seize all of our deposit including deposit for electricity, Alles! We got a Lawyer, they reduced their demand to less than 25percent of their previous demand.

Next they tried to charge us for repairs and painting!

The Building had not been refurbished for years and they wanted to charge us for what in effect is normal wear and tear.

Did you know that the CPA act forbids this ********** behavior?

Please be careful of dealing with Townhouse Warehouse, they are ruthless and have no concern for the CPA We are still waiting on our deposit!
