Do not ever rent from Townhouse Rentals

Worst service and extremely unprofessional. Watch out for these people , they will advise you that one months' notice is sufficient yet fail to inform you of their non renewal of lease agreement notice which is actually 2 months, always check your lease agreement guys !!! THEY then charge you fees of 3900 plus your rental for cancelling the lease agreement should you fail to provide such notice. They are money hungry , greedy admist the Pandemic they feel rocks for you. They are also extremely ***********. They charge your lease and admin fees of R 2000. They ***** money from widows. Sick sick sick , they take your money but when you need repairs they come will all kinds of excuses. They also try by all means to evict you by making up stories so you can be told that you broke a lease agreement and in turn they proclaim you owe them cancellation fees. They do nothing for the complex either they just take take take take and give nothing in return but problems
