Town Lodge Windhoek

Look if there is now a place that makes YOU feel AT HOME AND WELCOMED it certainly is Town Lodge and it’s employees.

We got there on the 02 of September we had a warm welcome from the porters to the doorman and eventually a friendly young lady with the name of Samantha 🥰. We knew immediately we were cared for. Suddenly Ms. Kornelia who with Ms. Samantha has been dealing with our room allocations and our booking welcomed us with a great smile. Now when they say hostess with the most it sums up Kornelia. She jumped through hoops for us and made everything possible that seemed impossible for us because of our Joburg standards. We moved on to another hotel in another city and if I say that this is a 5 star hotel with the ****piest service and coming from Town Lodge the folks there really have high standards. There are so many people there from Imms , Mr Leonard, PETRA, Re-Leigh the breakfast reception guys. ****** Hell the manager dropped off our lunch packs personally. Look value for your money I could write a novel.
