Horrible service

I am truly disgusted in the service i received and i have even sent two emails including one this morning and i was being told that the senior manager would get back to me during the course of the week. Let me remind you again i am in customer service myself and i will be taking this further. believe me its not how you treat customers. i have never been this unhappy about a happy that i have stayed at.
