Town Lodge Mbombela is not reliable

I had a confirmed booking with Town Lodge Mbombela. When I arrived they did not honour the booking. I think they took walk in ANC people at a higher rate and bumped off secured bookings off the system, just for greed. I will never use this Hotel Group again.
