Room no swapped at check in. I walked into a room already occupied.

Food "services" is outsourced - the lady taking the orders can hardly speak to me comprehensively or does not actually want to talk to me.

If u can go somewhere else do so. Chill Pepper for example. Pity they're full tonite.
