worst service ever

I have been renting a propery for about a year now, half way through our contrac, we were mooved to town and country rentals. At first all was good. Then we had a breakin. The situation was explained to the landlord. The electric fence were ****** off our gate. And no Maintenance were ever done to the premices. The house needs painting. Gate meeds fixing. Water leaks are ao bad that my neighbour has a water bill of plus R1200 per month! Absolutely rediculous! Now they have been evicted because they complain to much? <br> Every second week the complex behind us gets broken into because our landlord refuses to do maintenance. <br> It is ******* to evict someone because they complain about broken stuff. We work hard and long hours to earn our little bit of money. All we ask is to be ttaken seriously. Before our wives and children are ******ed in their sleep by these ********* who break in constantly. <br> The landlord refuses to fix anything on the property. <br> That is all. Any QUESTIONS?
