Non delivery of personal goods

Hi. I requested this company to move my daughters stuff from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg. They collected the belongings a month ago and we still have not received delivery. Every week they have a story and promise to deliver the next day and it never happens. I am at the point of contemplate taking legal action against them.
