Worst customer service

<p>I had arranged with Aran int to remove my household contents and transport them to port Elizabeth,the collection was done and insurance taken out through the company.the goods were supposed to arrive in PE a few days before I flew in,however there was a huge delay as I believe the truck was in a workshop awaiting parts,that being the one issue ,after which I eventually received my goods ,but damaged and items were missing.I contacted the company,spoke to Tom, Matilda,but to date no resolution on the missing items or the damaged and broken items.I have sent numerous emails ,contacted them ,sent through pictures showing the damaged goods but yet no joy.and all this after I had taken out the insurance through Aran int.Totally unacceptable and not at all a pleasant experience.</p>
