RUDE and DISHONEST

ARAN was one of the companies that quoted me, but I decided on another company. Tom O'Boyle contacted us several times requesting that we pls allow him to match the cheaper quote, which we did. Because of their persistence and for our own convenience we chose to use them as they'd be able to move our things on the dates we requested. We paid deposit and they collected on 26/02. On 27/02 I get a revised quote of the balance due to them which was thousands more than quote. I tried calling him on his cell the whole weekend to query this, however to no avail. I emailed his accounts asking an itemised invoice, but nothing. Finally on 02/03 (agreed date of delivery) I get hold of Tom and queried this. He says the higher price is for insurance and proceeded to shout at me and tell me I signed a contract. I tried explaining that he offered to match a quote that included insurance and at no point did he let me know that he was excluding insurance from his quote, but he hung up on me. Highly upset, I let him know that I will get another company to collect my things from him. It is more than a week now and he refuses to answer his phone and his staff wont release my stuff until I pay storage!
