this deals with a delivery between Pretoria and Cape Town.<br> <br> one positive: the delivery team in Cape Town were professional and well kept gentlemen.<br> <br> the rest..<br> <br> -Aran holds your possessions RANSOM based on payment even if they bill you incorrectly.<br> <br> - Hidden costs: I was quoted R15k to move, received a call as Tom needed to add insurance of R5000 afterward and then I received another bill of R5000 for packaging of which I was overcharged R2000 for packaging that doesn't exist. an extra R10 000 over the quoted price WOW..... and don't pay and you don't get your goods.<br> <br> The supplier LIES and has no integrity, they criticize your packaging when in fact your personal packing arrives in a better state than their cheap materials. they don't answer your calls on weekends they tell you to SMS them, they arrived 3 days late and when with me they were lying to the next delivery.<br> <br> If you want to sleep on the floor or incur extra costs of hotel accommodation waiting for your delivery go ahead and use ARAN<br> <br> I will be publishing my full story in all social media channels + local newspapers and media.
