Horrible experience Horrible man!

I asked for a quote from Illovo to Fairmount about 10km max. Tom the charming Irishman makes you feel as if all will be fine. Moving is traumatic enough without this greedy, false man.<br> <br> The quote was 3800 odd plus 85 per box packed. I packed many black bags myself and they packed 15 boxes.<br> <br> late Friday an invoice for 7600 arrives and he insists it must be paid so I did. naturally by monday funds had not cleared into his account which is obvious! He then refused to collect so I got my bank to email and assure him money had been transferred.<br> <br> This little man then said sorry no plastic bags allowed. He then **** and claimed his boss would fire him, he is the boss and lies for his beloved money.<br> <br> Then he said i must pay an extra 2650 in cash which i had no choice but to do. The 3800 had become 8560 for a 10km move. As I write this his team, who by the way are very sweet, are still not at my new address it is 9 hours since they arrived at me. This Tom called me 5 times to make sure I got home as they were \ready to leave\" I arrived to find that they were not even near ready to leave.
