Horrible Experience
<p>I used Aran Int for my move, good quote etc. Then they couldnt fit all my furn on the truck. Tom sent a smallish truck due to dirt road. Driver arranged with Matilda to collect small amount of furn on Monday 10/10, NOTHING happened. I wanted my potplants to be moved with a closed truck to prevent damage. They wanted to send a bakkie. NOTHIng happend once again. Tom then went as far to subtly accuse me of '*****', loading stuff that was not on the inventory (SMS proof). I invited him to my house immediately to come and check. He then also wanted me to pay extra, in excess of R1000 IN CASH to driver, if they have to send a closed vehicle. Today, more than a week later nothing has been done. He said it might be done on 14/10 as they were full on 13/10. NO futher action.</p> <p>I am so disappointed, being dropped like this. My landlady wants to charge me now for storage. PLEASE DO NOT USE ARAN INT as they do NOT keep promises, subtly accuse you of *****, nasty telephone converstations, etc. Also check 'addendums' and ensure they explain everything in full. (Team that moved me was ok, Tom and Matilda tend to ignore phone calls, mails, etc.)</p>
I posted about them yesterday. NOW Tom phoned me, first demanding and ADDITIONAL R1500 paid in cash to driver, for his own pocket maybe? Then phoned again after his boss find out about Hellopeter. Now I must CHANGE my report to a good one, then they will move my remaining stuff. I do NOT do business this way. Also - they are using the HHGFAA logo and name to promote their business, they are NOT registered with them. PLEASE beware? See my initial report below. DO NOT USE Aran Int

However, as Hellopeter does not reveal all your information publicly I would like to ask that you kindly send an email to *** with the above ref. number, or alternatively you can reply to this thread with your email address.
