I requested a quotation to move my belongings from Cape Town to Johannesburg on November 28th 2021. I received a phone call to tell me they could accommodate me on December 1st so I booked a flight to Cape Town on November 30th. I was told the move would happen late morning and at 10.30 am I received a call from the driver asking for a pin. Half an hour later I received a call from Beauty to enquire about access and how close the truck could stop in front of my property, when I put the phone down the truck arrived with Thando and his team. I was very impressed with the way they handled my goods with care, labelled each and every item and loaded it carefully onto the truck. Tom from Aran was online with me all the time and checked in once the truck left to see if I was satisfied with the service I received. I flew back to Jhb on the 2nd (Friday) and settled in to wait for my goods to arrive a week or so later as I had a shared move. Sunday morning I received a message from Tom enquiring whether they could deliver my goods at 10.30 on Monday - needless to say I am extremely impressed with the speediness. I can honestly say that although moving is extremely stressful, the super service I received from Tom, Beauty, Thando and his team certainly made it a lot easier. I would recommend Aran removals to anyone considering a long distance move, and also to Capetonians moving house.
