ARAN INTERNATIONAL NIGHTMARE

ARAN INTERNATIONAL quoted me R15 700 to move me from Joburg to Cape Town. Part of the delivery was to go to my temporary accommodation and the balance to their storage facility. <br> When I phoned Tom to get the address of their storage facility he told me that it was full and that my furniture was still in Joburg. After adding VAT, the insurance I was advised to take, a shuttle which had to be sent to my complex to ferry my goods to the gate I ended up paying R24 578.<br> <br> I arranged my own storage in Cape Town and asked Tom to deliver it there. He sent a huge bill for the \re-delivery"which I refused to pay as I had already paid in full for the whole delivery. It is impossible to get hold of him. He only replies to emails or takes/returns calls he wants to. He quoted me R1200 a month for storage but when I got the invoice he had added on cover which I have told him I do not need as I have my own. Tom has traumatised and terrorised me and put me through hell. <br> <br> I have had to hire lawyers and a private investigator. He hasn't even rep**** to the lawyers emails.<br> <br> He is now holding my goods ransom. I don't know if I will ever see them again and if I do what condition they will be in."""
