Transfer of my house - Section 45 and Section 57

After going through a terrible divorce and almost losing my house, Claude, Stephen, Charmaine, Lee-Anda and Chriszelda were the people who assisted me in finalizing the transfer of the house onto my name on the 15 December 2015. It is wonderful to know that there are still people who help fellow South Africans and who have embraced the spirit of Ubuntu. A special word of thanks to Claude Towell for going the extra mile for me as a client in helping to transfer the 50% of the ex onto my name against all odds. I will always be grateful to Claude and his team for the excellent work that they have done.
