Worst service ever - best lies

<p>We placed a fairly large order for linen in September 2016. End of October we were told to pay balance of invoice as order is ready to ship. In December i got hold of the Sales Director who could not provide any answers but promised that the order will be sent on 15 Dec if not earlier. On 19th of Dec we are told the part of the order will be shipped. Some of order is still not 'made' and as of today i we have nothing yet. When asked for tracking no. we got no response. They just keep lying and i do not understand how a linen conpany can not fulfill an order in 3 months......</p>
