The waiting game

<p>I have ordered quite an amount of new linen for my guest house from old time suppliers, Towel and Linen, only now I don't receive any joy from them. </p> <p>The initial order was placed in July. After severel e-mails and calls, I have still not received anything.</p> <p>Could this be acceptable from a national linen supplier to the hospitality industry??</p>
