******, disrespectful owners who don’t deserve business

We had the unfortunate experience of being bul****, discriminated and confronted by ****** treatment from “Management “ of Ingwe Manor Guesthouse & Spa in Margate KZN south coast which is meant to be a 4 start accommodation according to the Tourism Grading Council. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation after just one night of torture. I will NEVER set food back there and the world should know and be warned before they fall into the same trap as us… The food was also substandard and when we enquired, the Catering staff told us that the “manager” said to “serve them whatever is available, they’re not even real guests”. This was shocking and very disappointing as we had paid in FULL 3 months prior arrival and thus forfeited our money
