WORST EXPEREINCE EVER!!

I ordered a size 9 for my son and they delivered a size 12 , been trying to get some assistance from the company to no avail . they sent an email two weeks back saying they are going to collect the shoes but no one came . these shoes are too big and I cannot even sell them. I am so disappointed . I thought a big company like Toughees was better than this!. Their online service is the worst they have no respect for customers. will never use their online services ever again.
